NEW CLASS Wednesday 7:30pm - started Nov 1st

We have a new Wednesday evening class suitable for beginners and general level students with Indra Bains.

It is on Wednesdays running from 7:30 to 8:45 pm, cost £10.00.

About Congleton Iyengar Yoga Centre

 

Established in September 2011 the studio is located in Century Mill, off Worrall Street, conveniently situated in Congleton town centre and close to the Leisure Centre.

 

•  Well equipped and spacious ground floor yoga centre (80 square metres)

•  Individual support, adjustment and encouragement

•  A full programme of daytime and evening yoga classes to suit all levels

•  Weekend workshops and events throughout the year

 

Louise Wallace and Mark Castle run the centre together.

Louise is an experienced Iyengar Yoga Teacher, who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1992 and started teaching Iyengar Yoga in 2009 and gained her Intermediate (Level 2) certificate in 2015.

Mark first attended yoga classes at CIYC in 2012 and started teaching after obtaining his Introductory (Level 1) certificate in 2017.

Mark and Louise are supported by fellow Iyengar Yoga Teachers Julie Pieczarka, Christine Andrew, Lauren Marrin and Indra Bains.
