October 24th Healing Sound Gong Spas

Martyn Cawthorne, Gong Practitioner - Sound Healer, will be running two Healing Sound Gong Spas on Friday 24th October, at 6:15pm and 8:00pm cost £20.

The Studio will be set up ready for you to just arrive relax and enjoy, with mats, blankets, pillows etc all provided. Please arrive early so that you can be settled ready for the session to begin and wear comfortable clothing, shoes will need to be removed before entering the yoga studio.

About Congleton Iyengar Yoga Centre

 

Established in September 2011 the studio is located in Century Mill, off Worrall Street, conveniently situated in Congleton town centre and close to the Leisure Centre.

Louise Wallace and Mark Castle run the centre together.

Louise is an experienced Iyengar Yoga Teacher, who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1992 and started teaching Iyengar Yoga in 2009 and gained her Intermediate (Level 2) certificate in 2015.

Mark first attended yoga classes at CIYC in 2012 and started teaching after obtaining his Introductory (Level 1) certificate in 2017.

Mark and Louise are supported by fellow Iyengar Yoga Teachers Julie Pieczarka, Christine Andrew, and Lauren Marrin.
